If this has shown in the non-food section of the report, this simply refers to the pollens and spores given off by the crop itself and not the consumption of the item – buckwheat should be perfectly fine to consume.

An intolerance to cider will not include apple cider vinegar, it is simply named this due to containing fermented apples. Cider is a different product.

An intolerance to ascorbic acid will be to the E number specifically and not to Vitamin C. Vitamin C is still perfectly fine to consume in foods items, we simply recommend avoiding ascorbic acid in the form of E300 Ascorbic Acid in food items.

We do not advise changing or stopping medication due to intolerance test results. The small trace of cellulose found in medication is very unlikely to cause any problems within the body in such a small quantity.
